How do I place an order?
Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button at the top of the page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click "Delete" to the right of the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart. To do this, type in the new quantity and click on the "Update Quantity" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Assuming the quantity you have requested is available, you will now see the adjusted quantities as well as your new subtotal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
CUSTOM HOME ART accepts payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via our partner Authorize.net.

Order Status explained
- Completed - The order has been shipped
- New – order that has just been placed and it`s pending
- Canceled - the order has been cancelled and will not be processed further
- Complaint - the order is being processed
- Processing - the order has been completed and is being prepared for shipment
How can I check what stage is my order at?

I placed an order but I would like to add something to it in order not to pay for shipment twice. How can I do it?

How can I cancel an order?
Order can be cancelled solely via contact with order service department. Order can be cancelled only if it has not been handed over for fulfilment.
What are advantages of having an account on our website?
Fast and easy access to orders history, and consequently, significant easing in orders’ statuses tracking, reporting complaints or returns.
Do I have to be signed in to make a purchase?
No. Every order can be placed also without registration by choosing the option of purchase as a guest.
