Orders in Custom Home Art are sent using FedEx courier.

Delivery time is counted from the day of getting an e-mail with confirmation of sending and lasts:
Courier FedEx: up to 3-4 workdays
All packages by FedEx are sent everyday from Monday till Friday.
In case of shipping by the FedEx, when products is sent, a customer will get an e-mail from FedEx with the Tracking Number and the link which allows to track your order – The e-mail is sent after 5 PM of the day when the status is changed to Sent.
In case of any address change or adjusting the delivery please contact FedEx directly (FedEx requires to give the Tracking number which can be found in the confirmation e-mail). Contact numbers for FedEx can be found on www.fedex.com website.
When shipping FedEx courier, the courier will attempt to deliver a package three times to the address, and in case of an absence of the recipient, he/she will be contacted by telephone on setting the date and time of receipt.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION (ADDRESS, PHONE, E-MAIL) GIVEN DURING PLACING AN ORDER. IN CASE OF NOT VALID CUSTOMER INFORMATION THE PACKAGE WILL BE SENT BACK AND THE CUSTOMER COVER ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS, UNLESS THEY CAN PROOVE THAT THE REAL DAMAGE WAS LAWER.
