Stile boards means what kind of boards?

The most important advantage of wooden stile boards is that they are very durable and scratch-resistant. Knives used on the board stay sharp longer! They combine small pieces of wood in a carefully selected grain pattern, which removes the stresses created in the wood. As a result, the board also accepts more oil in the finishing process than classic boards which increases their hardness.
